The snapshots are saved as .jpeg files, which can be viewed in most programs.

The recorded video clips can be saved as .avi, .mov, or .mp4. You will be prompted to choose what format to download when exporting a clip.

To download a clip using the website

1. Log into your customer account.
2. Click Video.
3. Click Saved Video Clips.
4. Mouse over the video clip to download, and then click Select.
5. Once all desired clips are selected, click  to download the selected clips. 
6. Using the File format dropdown menu, select the desired file format.
7. Click Save to download the clip onto your device.
