Adjust The Camera Triggered Clip Length

Camera-triggered clips are uploaded based on Video Motion Detection or Video Analytics rules. Exact clip length can be affected by the size of the clip and if multiple clips are triggered in a row. The length of video clips can be changed remotely at any time.

To adjust the camera-triggered clip length using the website:

Note: This setting does not apply to ’25, ’26, ’36 series cameras, or the Wi-Fi Doorbell Camera.

1. Log into the website.
2. Click Video.
3. Click Settings.
4. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the video device to be edited.
5. Click Saved Video.
6. Using the Camera-triggered clip length dropdown menu, select the video clip length for camera triggered clips.
