Change A Doorbell Camera’s Motion Sensitivity

The motion sensitivity of the Alarm.com Doorbell Cameras can be adjusted to be more or less sensitive to motion. The motion sensitivity affects what clips the Alarm.com Doorbell Camera records based on motion. To change a doorbell camera’s motion sensitivity:

1. Log into the website.
2. Click Video.
3. On the Video banner, click Settings.
4. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired Alarm.com Doorbell Camera.
5. Click Video Device Info.
6. Use the Sensitivity to Motion slider to adjust to the desired sensitivity.

   
    

7. Click Save.
