Adjusting the video resolution and image quality of Alarm.com Doorbell Cameras can optimize the quality for a variety of conditions.

To change a doorbell camera’s video resolution/quality using the website:

  1. Log into the website.
  2. Click Video.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired video device.
  5. Click Video Device Info.
  6. Using the Video Resolution & Quality dropdown, select the desired resolution.
  7. Click Save.
