Alarm.com Wi-Fi Doorbell Camera’s chimes have a variable audio level which can be adjusted from the website or app.

To change a doorbell camera’s chime volume using the website:

1. Log into the website.
2. Click Video.
3. Click Settings.
4. Use the Video Device dropdown menu to select the desired video device.
5. Click Video Device Info.
6. Use the Chime Level slider to adjust the volume of the doorbell camera’s chime.
7. Click Save.

To change a doorbell camera’s chime volume using the app:

1. Log into the Alarm.com customer app.
2. Tap .
3. Tap Doorbell Camera.
4. Tap .
5. Use the Outdoor Chime Volume Level slider to adjust the doorbell camera’s chime.
6. Tap  to save the changes.
