Configure Notification Recipients

Recipients must be added to each notification the user wants to receive. There is not a limit to the number of recipients that can be added to receive a notification.

To add/configure notification recipients using the website:

1. Log into the website. 
2. Click Notifications.
3. Click + New Notification to create a new notification, or click  for an existing notification to update. 
4. To choose notification recipients, click + Add Recipient.
5. Click to select the entries in the Address Book to be notified, or click + New to add a new Address Book entry.
6. Once all desired recipients are selected, click Close.
7. Verify all recipients are correct.
8. Click Save.

To add/configure notification recipients using the app:

1. Log into the app. 
2. Tap .  
3. Tap Notifications.
4. Tap to create a new notification, or tap an existing notification to update. 
5. To choose notification recipients, tap + Add Recipient.
6. Tap to select the entries in the Address Book to be notified, or tap + Add Contact to add a new Address Book entry.
7. Once all desired recipients are selected, tap Close.
8. Verify all recipients are correct.
9. Tap Save.
