Create/Edit A Door Lock Low Battery Notification

A Door Lock Low Battery Notification can notify users if a door lock reports a low battery.

To create a door lock low battery notification: 

Using the website:
  1. Log into your customer account.
  2. Click Notifications.
  3. Click + New Notification.
  4. Click System Event.
  5. Name the new notification rule.
  6. In the Important section, click to select A device has a low battery.
  7. To add notification recipients, click the + Add Recipient
  8. Click to select your desired recipients from the Address Book, or add an unlisted recipient by clicking + New.
  9. Click Close.
  10. Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
  11. Click Save.
Using the app:
  1. Log into the app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. Tap Add.
  5. Tap System Event.
  6. Name the new notification rule.
  7. In the Important section, tap to select A device has a low battery.
  8. To add notification recipients, tap the + Add Recipient
  9. Tap to select your desired recipients from the Address Book, or add an unlisted recipient by tapping + Add Contact.
  10. Tap Close.
  11. Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
  12. Tap Save.

To edit a door lock low battery notification:

Using the website:
  1. Log into your customer account.
  2. Click Notifications.
  3. Next to the desired notification, click Edit.
  4. Make the desired changes.
  5. Click Save.
Using the app:
  1. Log into the app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. Tap the desired notification.
  5. Make the desired changes.
  6. Click Save.
