To create/edit a Garage Open or Close notification using the website:

1. Log into your customer account.
2. Click Notifications.
3. To edit the notification, click  for the Garage notification.
4. If the notification has not been created, click + New Notification, and then click to select Garage. 
5. Name the notification.
6. In When, click to select the names of the garage doors to be notified about.
7. In Is, click to select the garage door actions to be notified about. 
8. In During this time frame, click to specify when to receive notifications. 
   • At All Times will send a notification anytime of day if the garage status changes. 
   • Only during the following times specifies the days and times that the notifications will be sent. 
9. In Notification Filtering, there is the option to receive notifications based on Geo-Device rules. 
   • Click to select Do not send notifications that occur within and use the dropdown menu to limit the number of notifications sent.
   • There is also the option to receive a notification based on geographical location in When selected people cross a Geo-Fence by selecting the geo-devices and crossing preferences.
10. To add notification recipients, click + Add Recipient.
11. Click to select the desired recipients from the Address Book, or add an unlisted recipient by clicking + New.  
12. Click Close.
13. Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
14. Click Save.

1. Log into the app.
2. Tap .
3. Tap Notifications.
4. To edit the notification, tap to select the Garage notification.
5. If the notification has not been created, tap , and then tap Garage. 
6. Rename the rule.
7. In When, tap to select the names of the of the garage doors to be notified about.
8. In Is, tap to select the garage door actions to be notified about. 
9. In During this time frame, tap to specify when to receive notifications. 
   • At All Times will send a notification anytime of day if the garage status changes. 
   • Only during the following times specifies the days and times that the notifications will be sent.
