Saved video clips can be downloaded in multiple formats using the website and the app.

To download a video clip on-demand, you must first request a recording using either the website or the app, then follow the steps on this page.

To download a video clip using the website: 

1. Log into the website.
2. Click Video.
3. Click Saved Video Clips.
4. Mouse over the desired clip and click Select.
   • If the videos are in a list (no video clip previews), click to select the desired clip.
5. Click the Download selected clips icon.

To download a video clip using the app: 

1. Log into the app.
2. Tap .
3. Tap Video.
4. Tap Saved.
5. Tap  on the desired clip.
6. Tap .
