It’s possible to link multiple customer accounts under a single login for convenient switching between accounts without having to log out of one account and logging into another.

Note: There is no limit for the number of accounts that can be linked.

Link multiple account logins under a single login name

Accounts can be linked to a login name using the following steps.

Important: The initial account creation and configuration must be completed before an account can be linked. This includes changing the new account’s temporary password that is assigned during account creation.

To link multiple account logins using the website:
  1. Choose the main account the customer would like to connect with the rest. This is the login they will use whenever accessing the accounts going forward.
  2. Ensure all the usernames and passwords for the other accounts are easily accessible.
  3. Log into the website using the desired primary login.
  4. Click Settings
  5. Click Login Information.
  6. Click Linked Systems.
  7. Click Add
  8. Enter the login and password for a secondary account.
  9. Click Submit.

Note: A secondary login appears for any accounts that are attached to the main account. The login that appears is the login of the main account.

Toggle between linked accounts

Once the accounts are linked for a login, the system’s name in the menu becomes a dropdown on the website and app. This allows the user to toggle back and forth between any accounts linked to login.

Note: Granting Linked Systems only works for the login that went through the process. It does not automatically grant access to all logins associated with the accounts, so each login name that wants to have access to switch between multiple systems needs to perform the process to link multiple account logins to their login name.

Unlink an account under a single login name

If the user sets up Linked Systems but then wants to remove a system from their login, proceed to the following steps.

To unlink an account from a login using the website:
  1. Log into the website using the login set up with Linked Systems.
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Login Information.
  4. Click Linked Systems.
  5. In the Default system for dropdown menu, verify the current default system selected is different than the default system to be unlinked.

Note: If the default system selected is the same as the default system to be unlinked, use the Default system for dropdown menu to select another system. Otherwise, there will be no option available to unlink the desired system.

  6. Click Delete on the system to remove from the login.
  7. Click Remove System to confirm the removal. This takes immediate effect in unlinking the accounts to the current login name.
