How Can The Language Of Customer Notifications Be Changed?

If there is a preferred language that notifications would like to be received in, this can be changed on either the website or the app. To do so for all notifications, you’ll need to utilize both.

To change the language of SMS or email notifications using the website: 

  1. Log into the website.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click Edit for the user you want to change the language for.
  4. Use the Language Preference dropdown to select the preferred language.
  5. Click Save.

To change the language of push notifications using the website: 

  1. Log into the website.
  2. Click Notifications
  3. Click Manage Devices
  4. Click Language Preferences
  5. Select the desired language for push notifications. 
  6. Click Save

Note: This is a global change. This means that this will change the language for all push devices on the account.
