To change the time zone from the website:
Note: The system’s time automatically adjusts for daylight savings based on the time zone that is selected.
- Log into your customer account.
- Click Settings.
- Click Account Management.
- Click System Information.
Note: If using a mobile device web browser, tap System Address on the Account Management page.
- Using the Time Zone dropdown menu, select the desired time zone.
- Click Update.
Note: If you are unable to access the Account Management page, or if the panel is showing the incorrect time, contact your service provider for assistance.
