Door locks can be locked and unlocked using the website and the app.

To lock or unlock a door lock using the website: 

1. Log into your customer account.
2. In the Locks card, click the desired lock or click for a list of locks.
3. Click Lock or Unlock to toggle the state of the selected lock.

To lock or unlock a door lock using the app:

1. Log into the app.
2. In the Locks card, tap the desired lock or tap for a list of locks.
3. Tap Lock or Unlock to toggle the state of the selected lock.
