Remotely Change 2GIG GC3 Panel Settings

Some panel settings can be changed using the app.

Note: If these options are not available, contact your service provider for more information.

To change panel settings: 

  1. Log into the app.
  2. Tap menu.
  3. Tap Security System.
  4. Tap configure.
  5. Tap the setting to be configured.
  6. Tap the desired value.
  7. Tap Save.

Compatible panel settings:

Setting Description
Q42: Select trouble doesn’t sound at night (0-1) If this feature is enabled then trouble conditions such as AC loss system low battery RF low battery fail to communicate cell radio faults will not be audible between the hour of 10pm and 9am. For UL 985 installations, this feature must be disabled.
Q24: Select temperature display units (0-1) Temperature display units: Fahrenheit or Celsius
Q42: Select trouble doesn’t sound at night (0-1) – Partition 2 If this feature is enabled then trouble conditions such as AC loss system low battery RF low battery fail to communicate cell radio faults will not be audible between the hour of 10pm and 9am. For UL 985 installations, this feature must be disabled.
Q42: Select trouble doesn’t sound at night (0-1) – Partition 3 If this feature is enabled then trouble conditions such as AC loss system low battery RF low battery fail to communicate cell radio faults will not be audible between the hour of 10pm and 9am. For UL 985 installations, this feature must be disabled.
