The Drive Care feature allows users to run a diagnostic to check for hard drive issues using the website.

Caution: This test can take several hours to complete and may interrupt the SVR’s recording. Only run this if there are issues occurring with the SVR.

  1. Log into the website.
  2. Click Video.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired SVR.
  5. Click Drive Care.
  6. Click Run a Hard Drive Check.
  7. Once the check is finished, follow the on-screen instructions to address any issues found.
