The Smoke Sensor Not Reset trouble condition indicates a system smoke sensor was activated, but the condition has not yet cleared from the servers. This trouble condition can be cleared using the website.

To remove this trouble condition:

1. Log into the website.
2. On the Home page, click Alerts and Issues.
3. In Alerts & Issues, locate Smoke Sensor Must Be Reset (Sensor Name), then click Remove Alert.
