You are here:
< All Topics

Video clips are recorded at 3 frames per second (FPS) by default. This is user customizable to 1, 2, 3 or 5 FPS depending on the video device; some video device models have a recording maximum of 3 FPS.

The Streaming Video Recorder (SVR) supports up to 30 FPS. It records at the highest frame rate the connected video device can provide.

Note: Internet speeds, browser performance, and/or bandwidth can affect the quality of the image when viewing from the website or app. For best results or to see true image quality, it is suggested to download the clip.
