LiftMaster and Linear garage devices have the ability to set rules that, when triggered, perform specific actions and send notifications when a rule is triggered.

Garage door opens/closes:

This trigger can result in the following actions:

• Turn on/off light
• Send notifications (available for open/close)
• Initiate video recording

Garage door left open:

This trigger can be set for when the garage door opener is left open for a set amount of time and/or is left open when a geo device leaves a geo fence.

This trigger can result in the following action:

• Send notification

Arm stay/away:

Note: This trigger cannot be set up with a delay. It triggers regardless of whether the system is armed from the panel, keyfob, another rule, or app/website.

This trigger can result in the following action:

• Close garage door

Disarm:
