When a SEM-DSC PowerSeries or a SEM-Honeywell/ADEMCO Vista security panel is armed or disarmed using the website or app, the system activity history will report that it was armed or disarmed by the master user associated with the account no matter which user actually armed or disarmed it remotely.

How to resolve:

Due to the way the System Enhancement Module (SEM) integrates with those panels, this is expected behavior and should not be cause for concern.
