 The Yale Real Living B1L Push Button Deadbolt (YRD110) requires four AA Alkaline batteries.

To replace the batteries in a Yale Real Living B1L Push Button Deadbolt (YRD110):

  1. Remove the battery cover.

    Remove cover.png
     

  2. Verify the bolt is in the unlocked position.

    Unlock door.png
     

  3. Insert four new AA batteries.

    Insert batteries.png
     

  4. Reinstall the battery cover.

    Install battery cover.png
